Kuching 2009 Part 1

Day 1 - 26 June / Friday

For this year's anniversary, we went to Kuching, our first time here.. bought the ticket some times ago, during MAS travel fair.. ehehehe..

hasif was extremely excited waiting for the trip.. keeps on saying 'hasif nak naik epopane (aeroplane) zummmmmmmmmmmmmm'.. mana dia tau tah aeroplane tu bunyik zoom :P:P:P smpi teacher dia pun tanye.. hasif nak pegi mana naik aeroplane psl asik dok ckp kt nursery.. uhuhuhu.. sian anakku x penah naik aeroplane..

this photo was taken the night before.. while we (read:mama) were packing.. ehehe first time travelling light.. slalu kalau blk kg even sari semalam pun bwk bj hasf smpi 2 bakul, pampers sebungkus besa.. kali ni x leh la bwk bakul bj hasif.. bwk ngam2 utk ari2 pakai..

our flight was scheduled to depart at 12:50pm.. we took taxi to senai airport.. kuar umah dlm kul 10.. mama n papa dah bfst siap2 kt umah.. mkn the leftover pizza for last night.. tp hasif x mo.. so pegi la marry brown bfst..

rasa nye kat negeri lain kat malaysia ni dah x byk dah marry brown.. tp kt jb byk.. tetiap ceruk ada.. kt tiap kip mart ada.. suka marry brown ni psl bleh mkn atas buaian je.. menda lain2 mcm mknn dia ke biasa2 je ehehe..
smbil mkn sambil goyangggggggg... susah la gak sebena nye nak mkn psl dok gerak2..

ni time ni hasif tgh mengamuk.. dia x sabar nak naik.. pdhal time tu br kul 12:15 kot.. lom leh masuk.. dia mengamuk la bising2.. abis sume jari nak masuk mulut..
budak yg tgh mengamuk nak masuk aeroplane..
ok memula baca safety leaflet dulu..
then fasten ur seat belt..
excited je hasif bila akak stewardess tu kasik food.. ehehhe his first experience naik aeroplane.. this one is for mama n hasif.. fish ape tah ngan potato.. tp hasif x suka.. so papa habis kan yg satu bekas hasif punye :P
this one is for papa.. fried rice with chicken satay..
we arrived in kuching at 2:10pm.. mcm pegi obersea je siap kena cop passport.. for those who didn't have passport, pun x pe, dia kasik slip ape tah.. lucky tht we bring passport.. so chop je la...
masa smpi tu the guide tht we had already hired was still tied up with a group from indonesia.. so he asked his brother to meet us in the airport and send to the hotel.. we stayed in harbour view hotel.. very strategic location.. berdepan ngan water front n dkt ngan sungai sarawak..

our hotel room.. ok la.. quite spacious.. managed to get king sized bed though masa book, dia cakap dah penuh king size, yg available queen je..

see our beg.. hebat kan pegi 1 beg je.. bila blk smpi berkotak2, berguni2 smpi x muat trolley..
ehhhhhhh mana hasif..?
ehehe cukup suka dia main kt sofa tu.. sembunyik bwh curtain smbil dia sendiri buat2 tny 'hasif where.. hasif where..' kerusi tu asal nye kt coffee table.. tp papa dah tarik kasik ltk sebelah tingkap sng hasif nak tgk luar..
so memula tu lepak2 dulu.. mama gantung bj jap.. the guide, asmadie ckp sori berkali2 psl x dpt personally jemput n bwk pegi hotel.. dia ckp dia akan jemput dlm pukul 5-5:30pm.. so dlm kul 4:30 kitorg turun dulu jalan2 tepi sungai..

our hotel at the background.. yg kaler putih.. yg colourful tu pelita.. tpt parking n ada cinema dlm tu.. waaa papa tgk transformer kt dlm tu la mlm tu..
sungai sarawak.. (ehh betul ke sungai s'wak..? ke sungai lain tah..? x sure lak..)
ada byk perahu tambang.. dr seberang sini pegi seberang sana.. kg boyan.. murah je 50sen.. hari2 kami naik mendalah ni ehehehe..
waaaaaaaaaa budak ni sgt excited..


asmadi smpi dlm kul 5:15.. bwk pusing2 bandar kuching.. pegi tgk kg melayu.. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa dia ni bykkkkkk sgt ckp.. x sia2 amek dia jadik guide.. dia hapal segala statistik.. dr peratusan import gas sampai la ke bilangan sekolah n peratusan pelajar kt skolah2 kt kuching.. waaaaaa impressive.. 1st day dgr tu mmg dok pk, dia ni apsal ckp je.. dia x pedulik org muka boring ke hape, dia cakapppppp je.. eheheheh tp gud la.. we paid him as a tourist guide.. tu yg byk naa ckp kot eheheh.. mlm tu dia bwk dinner kt satok.. kt sini la ada pasa minggu satok every saturday tgh air smpi ptg ahad.. dinner mlm tu papa ate mee kolok (mee buat dr beras, mkn ngan kuah sup).. yg papa order tu mee kolok ayam.. dia letak roasted chicken skali dlm tu.. sodap banget.. mama mkn ape tah.. share ngan hasif.. nasik ayam ke..? ke sate je..? x igt la.. tp ada order sate gak.. sodap sgt..

lps tu sambung pusing2 sekitar kuching, tgk kuching waktu mlm.. cantik n best.. blk hotel dah pukul 8pm.. singgah pelita yg dkt tepi hotel tu jap.. papa nak chk cite transformer tayang kul bape.. full house smpi midnite rupa nye.. tp bila kitorg ckp nak satu tiket je.. utk papa je, trus dia ckp dpt show yg pukul 8:30.. waaa sedang elok.. blk hotel, smpi bilik kul 8:15pm.. mama bwk hasif mandi dlm bath tub so papa dpt la sneak out senyap2.. hasif swimming.. menurut kata dia la kan.. dia pose ala2 swimming, mama letak air skit je dlm bath tub tu.. leka la dia..

so lps mandi, kitorg trus tdo.. dlm kul 10 kot.. papa blk kul 10:30pm.. waaa jadik org bujang le tgk wayang sorg2 :D mama malas nak join psl for sure hasif dah ngantuk.. dr dia mengamuk dlm tu, baik la kitorg tdo.. tmbh mama x minta sgt cite camtu..

that was the end of day 1.. a start for a very refreshing holiday..

PD Trip 2009 - Part 1

Alhamdulillah pak teh dah slmt smpi m'sia on 18 june 2009, thursday.. touched down at 3pm, picked up by mak ngah n co.. so as planned a couple of months earlier, our annual pd trip proceed as planned.. pegi 20-22 june..

Day 1 - 20 June 2009, Saturday

eheheh asal nye plan nak kuar pagi.. bak kata pak su, dia nak by kul 10 dah smpi sana.. tp dia dkt kul 9 pun terkial2 lom mandi lg :P:P:P

kitorg bwk bekal psl plan nak picnic tepi laut before chk in to hotel.. uwan cooked nasik ayam, yummy.. so while waiting for the foods to be prepared, and most importantly while waiting for the uncles to get ready (sorg mandi lama sgt, sorg lagi cukup payah nak soh mandi.. teka sape..??), these three stooges lepak dulu depan tv tgk sume cite kt ceria tu.. pg sabtu ape lagi.. mula2 thomas, pastu ada jim jam sunny..

eheheh aren't they lovely together..?


the little lady in red tops ni cerdik tul.. bila mama ckp ok, smile nak amek gamba.. dia pun cpt2 senget kan bdn nak peluk hasif pose utk amek gamba ehehe..pose skit2 dulu.. ishhhhhhhhh bukan nye nak tlg wan kat dapo tu.. grrr..
ahahaah best.. air lamned.. org kg panggil lamned la.. asal nye lemonade kot ehehhe.. they bought it a day before.. one crates consists of 36 bottles.. bwk pegi pd.. x smpi mlm dah abis sume.. old school je botol dia.. tang jauh cam botol kicap pun iye.. air dia pun sodap gas x byk sgt.. tmbh feel kalau minum teguk stret dr botol.. pehhh bliss (though sgt ugly dipandangan mata eheheh)..
waaa so happy lps kuar toilet..
n terus buat aksi ape tah ngan hasif..
okeh.. let's go.. it was already 10am when we finally leave.. armed with 1 laundry basket full of foods.. pehh sodap..
jln pegi tu ada drama skit.. eheheheh.. psl nasik ayam dlm kete yg pak teh / pak su bwk meletup ehehhe.. psl dlm tu letak sup panas in the tight container.. so singgah jap kt petronas senawang cuci kete atuk skit..

we finally reached pd around 12 lebih.. ujan renyai2.. so carik port for lunch.. ni mkn kt deret kedai kt tepi laut.. kedai ujung skali tu x bukak, so kami landing kt sana..

ehehe bwk air lamned bebyk tp x bwk cawan.. so teguk je la sorg sebotol uhuhu..

there was a long counter.. so ltk sume bekal mknn kt situ..

after lunch, we went straight to avillion to chk in.. we managed to secure a two bedroom villa in avillion.. tht's the biggest room available there, and there's only one unit of tht kind.. we were lucky to be able to secure the room, dgn mengalah kan sorg datuk ni yg nak masuk at the same day..

this is the parking space in avillion.. they have 2 parking lot, the one nearer to the hotel is full, so hv to park in the second parking lot, whc is on the other side of the road.. pehh jauh gilo berjln..

the bridge tht connects the lobby/reception area to the main are in the hotel..
our 2 bedroom villa.. it was surprisingly spacious.. sbb ms tgk kt website tu igt kot kecik.. the room are the same with the one tht we hd occupied before in the premium water chalet.. there are 2 king size beds and 1 queen sized bed..

the living area.. ada 2 balcony.. dedua tu dijadik kan port mancing ehehehe..smpi2 terus susun mknn penuh2 kt sini..
pak ngah terus set up tpt mancing.. this area is right in front of the door.. so altogether they managed to set up 3 port mancing.. satu kt area sini dpn pintu, n 2 lagi kt each balcony.. eheheh relaxing indeed as there are lots of fish.. n yg kaki poancing tu x payah pegi jauh2 nak mancing..
smpi2 adha nak mandi kt bath tub.. so hasif pun nak join.. lucky tht pak teh sanggup nak layan budak2 ni.. dia ngan pak su pegi tuang 2 botol shower foam dlm bath tub tu.. oo bath tub ni ada whirlpool skali.. leh jadik jacuzzi.. bliss..

uhuhu innocent je muka kena buli ngan pak teh..


ni la insan yg bertanggung jwb..
so ptg tu we just lepak2 n relaks.. around kul 5 rasa nye kuar utk tgk coconut plucking by the monkey.. mama, hasif, mak ngah, adha, uzma n uwan.. yg lain lepak bilik nak mancing..
this is the monkey yg buat show ptg tu.. sape tah nama dia, but this fella was featured in mastika before..
sementara tunggu nak pegi tgk monkey, hasif pactise main gamelan..
monkey tu petik kelapa kt tepi laut.. tp x de gamba dia.. gamba org yg melopong tgk monkey ada la ehehe..
lps abis tu, on the way nak blk villa, nmpk gamelan performance.. so we stop by saje nak kacau2..

adha x de dlm gamab sbb apsal tah dia x nak join dok situ..

blk bilik, tgk punye la byk dah hasik mancing diorg.. this is one of the fish tht they managed to catch.. sng je mancing dr balcony leh dpt ikan besa ni.. best..

mlm tu we went to pd pasa mlm.. besa banget.. we bought quite a lot tp almost all x sedap uhuhuhu.. yg sedap rasa nye kebab, ayam grg n rambutan.. lain sume ala2 hampeh..

so after dinner, the guys turun bwh nak pegi menjala... ehehheeh pegi holiday siap bwk jala tuuuuu.. ada 2 jala.. time tu air dah surut.. the following pictures mama tangkap dr balcony.. byk gak diorg dpt ikan, termasuk la anak ikan pari.. tp rugi terlupa nak amek gamba..

dah dkt nak penuh baldi kecik tu, kitorg tarik baldi tu dr atas. papa sambung tali hulur ke bwh, org bwh ikat pd baldi n kitorg tarik.. uhuhuhu sgt best.. kt atas transfer dlm baldi lain yg ada gas.. byk gak dpt tangkap ketam.. setakat dr time chk in smpi ke mlm tu dlm lebih sekilo ikan.. nasib baik ada 2 peti ais.. ye la minibar je mana la besa sgt belah freezer dia.. tp ok la sbb ada 2 peti es tu.. muat la nak isik ikan2 n ketam2 tu..

papa pose ngan ketam2 yg berjaya dijala n dipancing.. eheheh best oo pancing dpt ketam.. papa yg x bape minat mancing pun bleh jadik leka n jadik kaki pancing jap..
diorg blk menjala dlm kul 11 lebih kot.. at tht time mama ngan hasif dah tdo.. lps basuh jala sume, pak teh ngan pak su trus gi mandi swimming pool.. uhuhu mandi tgh mlm smpi ku 1 lebih kot.. sebaik x de yg 'lain' teman mandia sama uhuhuhu.. yg lain2 dah selamat tdo dah time tu..
